you are buying Traditional bow thumb rings. it was hand made by workmanship. you need to check width of your thumb joint as picture posted and choose your size. if you don't know exact your size, buy smaller one and grind inside by sandpaper or grinder.

How to check my thumb ring size
Please measured your joint of thumb by Vernier Calipers as following picture. you need to tighten or pinch when you measure joint because skin makes plus tolerance.
if you are difficult to measure percise size, order 1mm smaller size than you measured and cut by knife or grinder then finish by sand paper.
